Nergy was born as a quiet response to a loud culture one that measures self-worth in discipline, consistency, and bodies that never rest.
We didn’t build this for the woman who never misses a workout. We built it for the woman who shows up when she can, rests when she needs to, and refuses to feel guilty about either.
